Thank you for your interest in On Course Foundation.  To attend our golf skills and employment events program, please complete the form below.  On Course Foundation is only able to serve wounded, injured and sick service members and veterans.  

If your interest relates to the Simpson Cup, please note that all participants are required to attend a minimum of one golf skills and employment event, and must possess sound knowledge of our organization.
