Golf is a nearly $90B annual economy in America and one in 75 jobs are directly or indirectly connected to golf.  With our sport and industry significantly on the rise, post-pandemic, full- and part-time employment opportunities for our members are aplenty.

Through On Course Foundation’s teachings of the “business of golf,” members understand and are skilled in various facets of what makes golf’s commercialism tick and how they can play a role in the excitement. Working in the golf industry gives our members self-belief that supersedes difficulties of transitioning from the military to civilian life.
